for your Personal Information. In other words, our goal is to provide protection for your Personal Information no matter where that
Personal Information is collected, transferred, or retained.
INFRINGEMENT
We will cooperate with any law enforcement
authorities and comply with any judicial order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone uploading, downloading,
or posting materials, or otherwise using our Sites in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws.
If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer
Relations at 1-800-337-4969 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's
warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If we made a mistake on your
order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for
the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched,
you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail. If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back
to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund within 30 days. In the unlikely event
of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days. Please
note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed
by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging,
in the same condition as supplied to you.
Basic returns policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within
1 week of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Opened (with any seals
and shrink-wrap intact), not refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns that are delivered to us by hand.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Every item in our company comes with AgraCo's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item.
